Tento dokument vysvetľuje, aké údaje spracúva mobilná a webová aplikácia „Posledná stopa – Prípad zmiznutých detí" (ďalej „aplikácia").

Aplikácia si ukladá stav rozohranej hry (aktuálna kapitola, získané stopy, objavené konce, zvolený jazyk a nastavenia zvuku) výlučne lokálne v zariadení hráča. Tieto údaje sa nikam neodosielajú a nemá k nim prístup prevádzkovateľ ani žiadna tretia strana. Aplikácia nevyžaduje registráciu, nevytvára používateľské účty a nezbiera meno, e-mail ani iné osobné údaje.
Aplikácia zobrazuje reklamy sprostredkované službou Google AdMob. Na tento účel môže spoločnosť Google spracúvať identifikátory zariadenia (napr. reklamné ID) a technické údaje potrebné na zobrazenie a meranie reklám, prípadne na personalizovanú reklamu, ak s ňou používateľ súhlasí.
Súhlas s personalizovanou reklamou je možné kedykoľvek zmeniť alebo odvolať priamo v aplikácii (Menu → Nastavenia reklám).

Všetky lokálne uložené údaje sa odstránia odinštalovaním aplikácie alebo vymazaním dát aplikácie v nastaveniach zariadenia (vo webovej verzii vymazaním údajov stránky v prehliadači).
Hra je určená hráčom od 12 rokov (obsahuje temné témy a opisy násilia v textovej podobe). Aplikácia vedome nezbiera žiadne údaje detí.

The app stores your game progress (current chapter, collected clues, discovered endings, selected language and sound settings) exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted anywhere and neither the operator nor any third party has access to it. The app requires no registration, creates no user accounts and collects no name, e-mail address or other personal data.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. For this purpose Google may process device identifiers (e.g. the advertising ID) and technical data needed to display and measure ads, or to show personalised ads if the user consents.
Consent to personalised advertising can be changed or withdrawn at any time directly in the app (Menu → Ad settings).

All locally stored data is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings (in the web version, by clearing the site data in your browser).
The game is intended for players aged 12 and over (it contains dark themes and textual descriptions of violence). The app does not knowingly collect any data from children.

Die App speichert deinen Spielstand (aktuelles Kapitel, gesammelte Hinweise, entdeckte Enden, gewählte Sprache und Soundeinstellungen) ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Diese Daten werden nirgendwohin übertragen; weder der Betreiber noch Dritte haben Zugriff darauf. Die App erfordert keine Registrierung, erstellt keine Benutzerkonten und erhebt weder Namen noch E-Mail-Adressen oder andere personenbezogene Daten.
Die App zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob. Dazu kann Google Gerätekennungen (z. B. die Werbe-ID) und technische Daten verarbeiten, die zur Anzeige und Messung von Werbung nötig sind, bzw. zur personalisierten Werbung, sofern der Nutzer zustimmt.
Die Einwilligung in personalisierte Werbung kann jederzeit direkt in der App geändert oder widerrufen werden (Menü → Werbeeinstellungen).

Alle lokal gespeicherten Daten werden durch Deinstallation der App oder Löschen der App-Daten in den Geräteeinstellungen entfernt (in der Web-Version durch Löschen der Website-Daten im Browser).
Das Spiel ist für Spieler ab 12 Jahren gedacht (es enthält düstere Themen und textliche Gewaltbeschreibungen). Die App erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern.
